Gerry Crispin, is
an international speaker, author, and consultant whose views
on employment strategy, hiring processes and staffing
technology are sought by many of the world's most
competitive corporations. In recent years Gerry has visited
Australia, China, Japan, Russia, Canada, and Europe, to work
and speak on a variety of topics while “looking under the
hood” to discern how cultural differences impact recruiting
strategy and tactics.
Gerry has co-authored eight books and written more than 100
articles and whitepapers on cutting edge staffing and
technology topics. He publishes a newsletter tracked by
50,000 recruiters. His blog is followed by thousands of
friends and he is currently working on his 9th book entitled
“Conversations with Staffing Leaders” is scheduled for
publication in late 2009.
Gerry's career in Human Resources spans 30 years and
includes stints as Director of Career Planning and
Placement. He has also held HR leadership positions at
Johnson and Johnson, worked in an Executive Search firm and
as the General Manager of a major recruitment advertising
firm before forming his international consulting practice. |
