Martin Czebotar is currently employed as the Sr. Quality Manager and Laser Safety Officer at BASF Fuel Cell. He currently manages the process improvements, supplier contacts and the site ISO 9001:2008 certification. He is President of ZEB Consulting LLC and teaches a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt class at Raritan Valley Community College.

Working for Sherwin Williams, Avery Dennison, Sun Chemical and Parelec as developed polymers for interior, exterior, industrial maintenance, and traffic marking paints, pressure sensitive adhesives and printing ink markets for Web Offset Heatset, Packaging, Cold set, Energy Curables and electro conductive inks for the RFID area. He holds two US Patents.

Having spent some time in job transition has developed into an avid net worker through the use of Linkedin and several networking groups in the central NJ area.
