Amy Castoro has over 15 years of experience providing leadership assessment, selection for consulting firms, pharmaceutical companies, banks, manufacturers, professional service firms, healthcare providers, retailers and service organizations.

Currently Amy is a consultant with Right Management where she conducts career management workshops and individual coaching. Most recently, Amy has been on assignment with SunGard Availability Services as a Professional Interviewer assessing leadership competence, commitment and passion in prospective candidates. She was formerly with Olsten Corporation, North America ’s largest provider of home health services and a leading provider of staffing services. As a member of the corporate headquarters, Amy conducted senior and executive level searches nationwide. In combination with her recruiting efforts, Amy created corporate-wide interview and selection practices.

Amy’s previous experience includes consulting with the Grant Thornton LLP, Walt Disney Company and four years with an executive search firm in New York City. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Adelphi University , she is a Certified Somatic Coach
