Eunice L. Colmon is a
training consultant with over twenty years experience enhancing
county, state and federal government agencies as well as
corporate organizations in the financial services,
manufacturing, logistics, and telecommunications industries. She
has expertise in management, communication, and career
development. An enthusiastic individual with strong analytical,
presentation and interpersonal skills, Eunice has a passion for
learning, teaching, and bringing new life to the learning
process.
Eunice has a keen ability to listen and respond to diverse
client needs. She is continually recognized for her ability to
keep her audience’s interest with her high energy level, sense
of humor and natural talent for teaching. She keeps everyone
involved in the learning process and drives listeners to
transfer the skills into their everyday work life. Eunice
sensitively addresses issues enabling clients to build
self-awareness and address their own developmental needs.
Interventions include: needs analyses, focus groups, one-on-one
coaching, and classroom deliveries for first-line management
curriculum, branch office training, and international management
programs.
Eunice holds a Master of Arts in Organization Behavior from
Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Arts in Music
Therapy from Montclair State University. Certified in Myers
Briggs, Strong Interest Inventory, and Covey Leadership Center,
