| Felicia Zimmerman is
the Founder and CEO of a web-based business, Fast Track English
www.fasttrackenglish.com, which provides advanced
English training to international students and young working
professionals.
Prior to Fast Track English, for over twenty years, Felicia
advised corporate executives and senior managers on how to
execute their strategies—including communication—efficiently and
effectively. Her clients included EDS, Corning, Halliburton,
ExxonMobil, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Based on her
experiences, Felicia published a book, Reinvent Your Work, and,
in conjunction with her book, has appeared on CNN and National
Public Radio and contributed to Harvard Business School Working
Knowledge and other publications.
Before starting her own business, Felicia worked in finance and
sales at Citigroup and PepsiCo. She has a B.A. from Smith
College and an M.A. from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced
International Studies. Conversant in Mandarin Chinese, Felicia
serves as an Advisor to the Connecticut chapter of the Chinese
Association for Science and Technology (CAST-CT) and, in
November 2007, was awarded CAST-CT’s “Award for Outstanding
Contribution.” She often speaks before student and professional
groups, including the New Jersey-based North American Chinese
Entrepreneurs Association (NACEA). |
